Zoe was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico on April 9th, 1929 to her parents Felix Santiago and Mercedes Otero Sosa. Zoe was predeceased by Felix Santiago - Father, Mercedes Otero Sosa - Mother, Serapio Reyes Villegas - Spouse. Zoe was very much loved and she will be missed. Zoe leaves to cherish her memories, 2 Sons; Jose A Marquez and Jose R Marquez, 6 Grandchildren 3 grate grandchildren, many family and friends.
