Springfield - Virginia Virola, 90, departed this life on Tuesday, June 9th, 2020, surrounded by her loving family. Virginia was born in Arroyo, Puerto Rico, on March 6th, 1930, to her parents Venancio Virola and Pascuala Alicea. Virginia was predeceased by her parents, Two daughters: Maria Rivera and Maribel Ramos, Two sons: Esmeraldo Rodriguez and Sergio Ortiz-Virola, and her brother: Efrain Virola. Virginia was loved by her family and will be missed. She leaves to cherish her memories, Four daughters: Maria Bones-Virola, Virginia Rodriguez, Gladys Torres and Norma Virola, Five sons: Eddie Virola, Carmelo Bones-Virola, Roberto Virola, George Torres and John Torres-Virola, Five sisters: Elisa Bharvirkar, Luisa Figueroa, Julia Figueroa, Maria Figueroa and Josefina Figueroa, 3 grandchildren who was raised by her: Elisa M. Ramos, Antonio L. Roman and Talisha K. Roman, 17 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends. Calling hours will be on Saturday, June 13, 2020, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Puerta Del Cielo(r) Funeral Home, 730 State Street, Springfield, MA, followed by a private burial.
