Tyane Lopes

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Tyane Rochelle Lopes, fondly known as Ty, born on August 19, 1985, in New Bedford, MA, USA. Tyane was a beacon of hope and resilience, a vibrant soul who left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. Tyane was a dedicated addiction counselor at a medical center where her compassion, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to helping others shone brightly. She was a woman of faith, believing in the power of prayer and the grace of God.

Tyane was an extraordinary individual with a heart that held boundless love for her family and friends. She is survived by her loving daughter: Aviane Lozada, her father: Stephen Lopes and stepmother: Patience Correa, and her mother: Kim Andrade. She also leaves behind her brother: Ivan Pina, Grandmother: Maria Andrade, Uncles: Wayne Lopes, Michael Andrade and Great-Uncle: Douglas Lopes, her Aunts: Darlene Andrade and Shannon Andrade, and her sister: Angela Todman. Each of them held a special place in Tyane's heart, and she in theirs. They will forever remember and cherish her infectious laughter, her unyielding strength, and her unwavering faith. Tyane was predeceased by her paternal grandparents: Stephen and Arlene Lopes.

As we grieve the loss of Tyane, we remember the words of the Bible, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted" (Matthew 5:4). Tyane's life was a testament to this verse. She brought comfort to others in their times of need and now, we find solace in the memories of her. Tyane's legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those she loved and helped.
