Silkia was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, on February 20th, 1977, to her parents Miguel Colon-Morales and Zaida Lugo-Vargas. Silkia was predeceased by her Father and her Sister: Sheila Colon-Lugo. Silkia was very much loved and she will be missed.
