Springfield - Rafael Vega , 59, of Springfield, passed away on Friday, March 9th, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center. Rafael was born in Patillas Puerto Rico on March 13th, 1958 to his parents Zacarias Vega and Ana Amaro. Rafael was predeceased by Zacarias Vega - Father, Ana Amaro - Mother. Rafael was very much loved and he will be missed. He leaves to cherish his memories a Brother; Ismael Ortiz, 6 Sisters; Alejandrina, Carmen, Ana, Norma, Elena and Luz Vega, family and friends. All services will be private.
