Springfield - Noelia Esther Ocasio, 86, passed away Tuesday, April 10th, 2018 at home. Noelia was born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico on November 18th, 1931 to her parents Isabelo Ocasio and Lolita Reyes. Noelia was predeceased by her parents, a Daughter; Lydia Velez, a Brother; Gilberto Gonzalez,a Sister; Emma Ocasio., Noelia was very much loved and she will be missed. Noelia leaves to cherish her memories, 2 Sons; Roberto Rodriguez and Ricardo Velez, a Daughters; Lillian Cuevas, a Brother; Jose A. Ocasio, a Sister; Norma Ocasio, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, many family and friends.
