Springfield - Mirta Elena Santiago Brown, 72, passed away on Saturday, March 11th, 2023. Mirta was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, on February 1st, 1951, to Rafael Santiago and Juana Brown. Mirta was predeceased by her Parents. Mirta was very much loved by her family. Mirta leaves to cherish her memories her Loving Husband: Jose O. Cruz, her Daughters: Mirta Ortiz, Carmen Martinez, Elizabeth Martinez, Luz Lopez and Migdalia Lopez, her Siblings: German Santiago, Efrain Santiago, Rafael Santiago, Maria B. Hernandez and Luz M. Santiago, Sixteen Grandchildren, many Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends. Visitation hours will be on Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, at Puerta Del Cielo(r) Funeral Home, 730 State Street, Springfield, MA, followed by her burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, 426 Bay Street, Springfield, MA.
