Luis Guillermo Vega

Springfield- Luis Guillermo Vega, 55, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, at Baystate Medical Center. Luis was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on February 10 to the late Juan Baustista Vega and Delia Rodriguez. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Luz Rivera; 2 sons, Luis A. Vega, Jr. and Elvine Vega; a daughter, Fraces Garcia; a son-in-law; a daughter-in-law; a brother, Steven Ayala; and 2 sisters, Loida and Noemi Vega. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. The Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 11, from 10 - 11 a.m. at Puerta Del Cielo(r) Funeral Home 730 State St. followed by Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. The Calling Hours will be on Tuesday, January 10, from 6 - 8 p.m. at 730 State St.
