Julio was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico on July 26th, 1945 to his parents Roman Cruz and Lucia Diaz. Julio was predeceased by his parents. Julio was loved by his family, he leaves to cherish his memories, 2 Sons; Julio C. Diaz Jr and Luis A. Diaz, 4 Daughters; Lucia, Julia, Nilsa and Maribel Diaz, 22 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, family and friends.
