Springfield - Joe A Lugo-Velazquez, 28, passed away Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 at Chicopee. Joe was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico on November 20th, 1990 to her parents Jose Lugo and Catherine Velazquez. Joe was predeceased by his father. Joe always kept a genuine smile even on his bad days. He always brought light and kept peace as well as happiness. Joe loved the Chiefs !!, he always cheered for them, rocked out in a lot of their gear too! Joe was also very hard working, always maintaining a few jobs to keep his income flowing. He always had great intentions. Joe always had unconditional love for everyone, anyone he has ever met. He was enlightening and no one will have any negative thing to say about him. Joe was very much loved and he will be missed. Joe leaves to cherish his memories, his loving mother; Catherine Velazquez, 5 Brothers; Leonardo Sanchez, Jimmy and Jose Lugo, Jorge and Carlos Colon, a Sister; Jennifer Garcia, many family and friends.
