Springfield- Jaime "Jimmy"Torres, Jr., 44, passed away. Jaime was born in Springfield, MA on July 26th. He was predeceased by his brother, Manuel Gomez. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Marie-Claude L. Torres; his 2 sons, Guilmond J. and Jordan A. Torres; a daughter, Samaira Y. Dumpson; his parents, Jaime Torres and Andrea Mendez; 2 brothers, Victor Gomez and Johnny Torres; and 2 sisters, Andrea Gantt and Cruz Maria Cortez. He will be greatly missed. The Funeral will be held on Tues., Mar. 29, from 9 - 10 a.m. at North End Funeral Home, 130 Carew St., followed by Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. The Calling hours will be held on Mon., Mar. 28 from 6 - 8 p.m. at 130 Carew St.
