Ismael Cortez Obituary (1940 - 2012) - Springfield, Massachusetts

Florida- Ismael Cortez, 71, passed away on Dec. 13th in Hudson, FL. Ismael was a resident of Springfield. He was born in Comerio, Puerto Rico on Dec. 31st to the late Primitivo Rivera and Josefa Ortiz. He is survived by: his wife, Aida Luz Pagan, a son, Ismael Cortez, Jr., a daughter, Luz Yesenia Silva, a brother, Jose Ortiz Cortez, and 5 grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. The Funeral will be on Tuesday, December 18, from 9 - 10 a.m. at North End Funeral Home & Cremation Services followed by Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. The Calling Hours will be held on Monday, December 19, from 6 - 8 p.m. at 130 Carew St.
