Epifanio was born in Comerio, Puerto Rico to his late Father Carmelo Diaz and his Mother Ramona Baez. Epifanio was loved by his family and leaves to cherish his memories to his Companion of many years Ana Vargas. 4 Sons; Epifanio, Carmelo, Magin Diaz and Anibal Quinones, a Daughter; Antonia Diaz, a Brother; Tomas Diaz, 4 Sisters; Margarita, Sarita, Carmen Maria, and Maria Diaz. , 6 Grandchildren many family and friends.
