David A. Irizarry Obituary (1981 - 2012) - Springfield, Massachusetts

Springfield- David A. Irizarry, 31, passed away on Saturday, May 26, at home. David was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on April 1st to Mr. Eddie A. Irizarry and Ms. Nilsa I. Galarza. He leaves to cherish his memory: his parents; his 3 brothers, Luis Carrasquillo, Joshua and Enrique Irizarry; and his 3 sisters, Jaylis Ledee, Shantel and Tatiana Irizarry. He will be greatly missed. Services will be held on Friday, June 1, from 12 - 2 p.m. at Puerta Del Cielo(r) Funeral Home, 730 State St. The Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
