Clementine Markham Obituary (1932 - 2011) - Springfield, Massachusetts

Springfield- Clementine Markham, 79, passed away on April 13 at home surrounded by her loving family. Clementine was born on February 8, 1932 to Ruth and Farries Adams in Brookhaven, MS. Mrs. Clementine Markham was educated at Alexander High School in Brookhaven, MS. Clementine was previously employed as a Cook Supervisor for Spruce Manor Nursing Home prior to her illness. She is predeceased by her eldest son, Bensel T. Markham. She leaves behind her loving husband of sixty years, Charles D. Markham; her 3 sons, Jeffery, Rahim (Colleen), and Alkindi (Ellen) Markham, all of Springfield; 3 daughters, Charlette Markham-Howard (Derek) of Auburn, GA, Soraya Markham-Warren (Kevin) of Durham, NC and Evelyn Markham of Springfield; and 2 sisters, Evelyn Riddle and Juanita Cooper. She also leaves behind 20 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. A special daughter-in-law Karen Markham and a granddaughter Twana Markham of Springfield. She will be greatly missed. The Funeral Services will be held on Fri., Apr. 15, from 1 - 3 p.m. at Puerta Del Cielo(r) Funeral Home, 730 State St., followed by Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
