Arsenia was born in Manati, Puerto Rico, on October 22nd, 1941, to her parents Gonzalo Gonzalez and Catalina Sanchez. Arsenia was predeceased by her parents, her loving Husband: Esteban Vazquez Bello and her Daughter: Belen Garcia. Arsenia was very much loved and she will be missed. Arsenia leaves to cherish her memories her Two Sons: Esteban Vazquez, Jr., and his Wife: Ana Rodriguez and Jose Miguel Vazquez, her Daughter: Betzaida Vazquez, her Sister: Nanin Gonzalez, Thirteen Grandchildren, Two Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
