Annabelle Rufino

Springfield, Massachusetts

Annabelle Rufino, a woman of great resilience, whose laughter was welcomed and contagious, passed away on the 23rd of June, 2025. Born on the 25th of November, 1967, in Brooklyn, New York, Annabelle's life was a testament to the power of love, family, and generosity. Her journey from Brooklyn to her last residence in Springfield, Massachusetts, was filled with unforgettable moments of joy, strength, and love.

Annabelle's life was a beautiful blend of love and laughter. Her generous spirit was evident in her every action, from the way she cherished her family and friends to her enduring resilience in the face of adversity. She was the glue that held her family together and her humor was the remedy that soothed their worries away. As Maya Angelou once said, "I sustain myself with the love of family," and indeed, Annabelle was the embodiment of this sentiment.

Annabelle is survived by her loving parents, Margarita Diaz and Rafael Rufino, her children, Joseph Rufino, Latoya Pettway, and Jeffrey Pettway, her siblings, Barbra Rivera, Angel Rivera, Maria Rufino and Jennifer Rufino, as well as her 12 grandchildren. Each of them carries a piece of Annabelle's spirit, a testament to her lasting influence and love.

Annabelle Rufino was a beacon of love and light in this world, and her absence leaves a void that can never be filled. However, her memory and the love she shared with everyone she met will continue to live on. We invite you to share your memories and photos of Annabelle on her memorial page, as a tribute to a life well-lived and a woman well-loved. As we remember Annabelle, let us celebrate her life and the laughter, love, and resilience she brought into our world.
