Amparo Matos-Bonilla (Matos-Bonilla) Obituary (1931 - 2014)

Springfield~ Amparo Matos-Bonilla, 82, passed away on November 12, 2014. Amparo was born in Corozal, Puerto Rico on December 14, 1931 to the late Julio Matos and Francisca Bonilla. She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, the love of her life, Jose A. Rivera; 3 sons, Rafael, Jose and Benito Rivera; 6 daughters, Rosa, Maria, Lidia, Carmen, Maria and Irma Rivera; and 3 brothers, Ismael, WIlfredo and Juan Lopez. She is also survived by her 37 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Calling Hours will be held on Sunday, November 16, from 2 - 4 p.m. at Puerta Del Cielo(r) Funeral Home, 730 State St., Springfield. The Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 17, from 9 - 10 a.m. at 730 State St. followed by Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
